We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and flexible with our refund policy. ✅ Cancellations & Refunds Full Refund: Available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled booking time. Partial Refund (50%): For cancellations made between 12–24 hours before your scheduled session. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session, or in case of no-show. 🔄 Rescheduling You may reschedule your booking once, free of charge, if you notify us at least 12 hours in advance. To reschedule, please contact us via phone, email, or through your booking confirmation link. 🧾 Merchandise & Gift Cards Unused merchandise in original condition can be returned within 14 days with a valid receipt. Gift cards and game credits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another user. ⚠️ Special Circumstances We reserve the right to issue a full refund or reschedule sessions at no cost in the event of technical issues, power outages, or any facility-related problems that prevent your game experience.
